The Villa - A Holiday Home From Home
Original carved fireplaces, ornate ceilings and cornices, Victorian tiled flooring, refinished wooden floors and many Scottish touches add to the charm. Cosy enough for 2 people and large enough for 7.
Enjoy the sunny Conservatory with its ball chair and which overlooks the enclosed cottage garden, wonderful in summer and during the Edinburgh festival.
Our holiday rentals include linens and towels and other items such as hairdryers, movie DVDs, Wii and games (Villa only), and complimentary highspeed wireless internet connections for your laptop (Royal Mile apartment has a dongle instead).
There is parking at the Villa and the Quartermile apartment and we can provide you with a parking permit for the Garden Flat (ask for details).
This is now the 4th year for the Villa as a holiday rental, the 2nd year for the Garden Flat, 2nd year for the Quartermile and 1st year for the Queens Apartment. We have received great reviews, many quoted here on our website.

Our Garden Flat is a highly popular 1 bedroom Edinburgh city centre apartment with private patio. Lovely cosy accommodation in the cosmopolitan area of Stockbridge, perfect for a couple. You'll enjoy all the local shops in this area and the Princes St/ Castle area is only a 10 minute walk. Set to the back of a traditional Edinburgh building peacefully overlooking onto the garden, ideal for 1, 2 people or 2 adults and a child.
Our Quartermile 2 bedroom Holiday Flat is located in an exclusive development near the Royal Mile. This modern apartment comes with a parking space (until April 2011), elevator, and fine views from the living room. The Royal Mile apartment is located right on the historical Royal Mile. A 2 bedroom apartment located between the Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse., the Queens official Scottish residence! As central as you can get.
The Queen Street apartment is a stunning 3 bedroom city centre apartment with luxurious furnishings and rooms. Private deck leading from the living room with furniture during the summer.
