Enjoy a seat in the sunny traditional glass conservatory which overlooks the enclosed cottage garden.
Our holiday rentals include bed linens and a set of hand/bath towels per guest, hairdryers, movie DVDs, free wireless internet connections for your laptop (Royal Mile apartment has a dongle instead). The Villa also has a Wii with games. Coffee/tea/sugar is provided and milk and Scottish biscuits or teacakes await you at check in too.
There is free and easy parking at the Villas front door.
This is now the 5th year for the Villa as a holiday rental. We have received great reviews, some quoted here on our website.

Our Quartermile 2 bedroom Holiday Rental is located in an exclusive development near the Royal Mile. This modern apartment has an elevator to the door (wheelchair friendly access), 2 shower rooms, and a living room glass wall that slides open, fantastic views.
The Royal Mile apartment is located right on the historical Royal Mile. A 2 bedroom apartment located between the Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse., the Queens official Scottish residence! As central as you can get and very good value.
The Queen Street apartment is a stunning 3 bedroom city centre apartment. All bedrooms have their own private showerroom/wc. Luxurious furnishings and interesting art work throughout. Own outdoor deck which leads from the living room is provided with patio furniture during the warmer months. Escape the crowds as you will also have a key to the private Queens Street Gardens which are for Queen Street residents use only. Lovely spot for a picnic.
