Throughout the year we turn down many holiday rental enquiries due to already being booked, this happens nearly every day! We are therefore quite sure that another property (or two) could do very well under our management. If you own a charming property in Edinburgh,  and would like us to manage the entire holiday rental process, from the advertising, answering enquiries, to handing the keys over at check in, then please do contact us. We have a flat rate fully inclusive fee. Your property would be added to this website, other holiday letting websites, and would be treated as our own. We offer flexibility with check-ins, which are not only Saturdays, and we also offer 3 night minimum rentals.

Our Edinburgh property management service would be ideal for property owners that perhaps live overseas and wish to use their Edinburgh property on an occasional basis. Holiday rentals are also perfect for properties similar to our 2 flats within easy walking distance to Princes Street. With constant cleanings and managment you'll also find that your house or flat will not suffer the same wear and tear as long term lets.
