As well as a living room and dining room, the house has a lovely classic conservatory that leads into the garden. A favourite room to enjoy tea and pastries and read a book. Enjoy a peaceful breakfast in here and plan out your day of exploring Edinburgh. Now with ball chair!
The fully enclosed walled garden has outdoor seating and games for children such as swingball. There are lovely old rose bushes, fruit trees, perennials and bulbs.
There is also a small front garden and easy parking!

There are 4 bedrooms in the house. The master bedroom has the ensuite showerroom, sink and WC. This room also has a TV and DVD player. There is a double bedroom (with TV and DVD coming Spring 2012) and then there are 2 single bedrooms.
All bedrooms are provided with linens, towels and wardrobes.
Edinburgh Self Catering 4 Bedroom House and Garden
Edinburgh Villa is our lovely 4 bedroom house located in Edinburgh city which is ideal for families or groups visiting Edinburgh. It was purchased when Astra lived in the USA and used as her base when visiting family in Scotland. Just a short bus journey to Princes Street & Royal Mile and a few minutes walk to the zoo (now with the UK's only Panda bears), groceries, formal gardens and a golf club.
It's often called a 'home from home' by our guests and you will find boxes of lego, children and adults books, board games, wii and games, in the house. If you are looking for more modern hotel style accommodation then perhaps one of our apartments would be better suited.
The Villa has quite a few extras including 2 DVD players, 1 in living room and 1 in master bedroom (a 3rd TV and DVD player scheduled for the double bedroom in Spring 2012), DVD library, Wii with games and a highspeed wireless internet access for guests with their own computers. There is also a private cottage style garden with lawn, patio, and many established shrubs! Parking is free.
We also have a huge collection of maps, brochures, and leaflets with information on Edinburgh.
The Main Bathroom has a large bath with shower attachment, WC and sink. There is also a heated towel rail.

The Dining Room and The Kitchen
The spacious dining room comfortably seats 6 and also has a childs high chair. There is a grocery shop just 5 minutes walk away or a huge sainsburys just 5 minutes drive away. There is a full size fridge/freezer for all your purchases.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine. Plenty of pots and pans etc! Coffee, Tea, and biscuits await.
