Holiday Rental Apartment on Edinburghs Royal Mile
The Royal Mile Apartment is a modern, bright and spacious fully equipped 2 bedroom flat located on the historic Royal Mile, between the Edinburgh Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the Queens official Scottish residence.
Fabulous city centre and Calton Hill views.
This apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a typical old Edinburgh apartment building and does not have an elevator. It is not suitable for people that cannot manage or do not like to use stairs.
The living room and double bedroom face the Royal Mile while the other rooms face the back and have the open views of the city centre and Calton Hill with its monuments. Although being 3 floors up helps with traffic and street noise we would like to advise you that light sleepers may not sleep well in the front bedroom. If there are only 2 people booking this apartment then we set up the quiet back bedroom (the blue room).

The Historic Royal Mile
The Edinburgh city centre apartment has a full kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge, freezer. As with all our Edinburgh rentals we provide supplies for the washing machine, dishwasher, handwash, kitchen foil, clingfilm, toilet rolls and much more. Complimentary Milk and Scottish biscuits are provided at check in.
Modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc!
There are 2 spacious bedrooms. The front bedroom has a king size bed, the back bedroom has 2 single beds which we make into a double bed if there are only 2 guests as this is the quiet bedroom with open views to the city and Calton hill with its many monuments.

A view from this self catering apartment towards Princes Street and North Bridge. This is the bridge you would walk across if you were arriving at Waverley train station. The walk to the apartment from the train station takes approximately 10 minutes.
