A sunny and peaceful garden flat located to the back of the building overlooking gardens. There is a bus stop right at the door which has buses going to/fro the airport, and also to/fro the Royal Mile. You can also walk to the Royal Mile and Princes Street.
There is a Sainsburys grocery store, cafes, post office, pubs, cinema, Virgin gym, bowling and much more just 5 minutes walk away.
Parking on a nearby street is free over weekends and for the restricted weekday hours you can leave your car for £9 a day. Please ask for full parking details if bringing your car.

This apartment has a comfortable living room with quality furnishings, TV/DVD player, Wifi internet, and is open plan to the spacious kitchen. The modern country style kitchen has a new gas cooker, toaster, kettle, utensils etc and plenty of worktop space.
There is a dining table in the living room too.

The double bedroom is a cosy room with wood blinds and lined heavy curtains which keep this apartment warm and comfortable in the winter months. We also added a new quality carpet with thick underlay.

The apartment is supplied with bed linens, bath and hand towel per guest, hairdryer.
There is a showerroom with a walk in shower, wc and sink. Please note the showerroom is a full size shower at one end narrowing to the WC at the other end of the room and is a little compact.
The apartment is located in a busy and thriving city centre area of Edinburgh. There is parking just across the street from the building (see picture below). Parking is only restricted Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm. All other times parking is free.
During restricted hours the parking on this street (pictured) costs £1 per hour, and you can leave your car all day.
There is a lovely pub/restaurant next door (pictured), which is ideal for a drink or evening meal. This pub with its large selection of wines/craft beers, comfortable furnishings, and interesting decor, was listed as one of the Guardian newspapers top 10 pubs in Edinburgh. There is also newsagent with basic groceries next door.
The apartment is located just minutes walk from a Sainsburys grocery store, fish and chips, Indian restaurant, Mexican and many more places to eat and drink. You are also a few minutes walk from an IMAX cinema centre also with indoor 10 pin bowling.
