The Garden Flat is a holiday rental offering lovely accommodation for 2-3 people in a very popular, cosmopolitan, and historically interesting area of Edinburgh called Stockbridge. A sunny and peaceful garden flat with private patio that's located just a 10 minute walk from Edinburgh City Centres tourist attractions and Princes Street.
A fabulous location and literally on the doorstep of boutique shops, pubs, bistros, restaurants, butchers, bakers, grocery shops, antiques, yet extremely peaceful accommodation set to the back of the building and facing the garden. Many of our guests comment on the bargains found at all the Stockbridge charity shops which are a lot of fun to browse!

The Master Bedroom with king size bed, fine linens, television, DVD player, persian rug, working original wood shutters and ornamental fireplace.
Wardrobe and plenty of cupboard space.
An interesting old apartment with lovely original features throughout.
Wireless highspeed Internet connection is free. Linens, towels, electric inclusive. Coffee, Tea and Scottish Nibbles too! Parking permits are available.
There is a fully equipped kitchen area which includes fridge, toaser, microwave, kettle etc. Supplies for the dishwasher and washing machine are provided.
The small bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.

All rooms are peaceful and look towards the garden. The Living room picture window overlooks the private patio area with outdoor seating. There's also a larger lawn area that children can play in.

The water of Leith passes through Stockbridge and you can join its 12 mile walkway/cycle path that runs through Edinburgh here too. The Botanic Gardens are also nearby. Our guests often comment on how much they enjoyed staying in this area.
