As with all our holiday rentals, rates are fully inclusive of towels, bed linens, electric and heating. The apartment also has 2 televisions, DVD player, extensive DVD movie library, and free wireless internet access for guests who bring laptops.
There is also a private patio leading off the living room with outdoor seating.
There's always a selection of maps, brochures, and leaflets with information on Edinburgh.

A lovely and bright spacious Living Room with open plan to the stunning kitchen. Plenty of comfy seating, television, and doors to your private outside patio with outdoor seating. This apartment also comes with access by key to the private Queen Street gardens which are not open to members of the public, ideal for summer picnics or a little city centre tranquility.
The modern style kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer, supplies for these appliances are included. Coffee, biscuits and milk in the fridge await.

This is the private city centre gardens for which you will have a key, only a 2 minute walk away from both the apartment and a Sainsburys to pick up picnic food!.
A large area of formal grounds, lawn and trees, fully fenced/gated and only accessible to key holders. A lovely city centre escape from the summer crowds, somewhere ideal for children too.
This Edinburgh holiday rental apartment has 3 large bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 2-6 people. All bedrooms have ensuite shower or bathrooms, 1 with shower and jacuzzi bath! There is a TV in one of the bedrooms.
